Steady Weight Loss Using Dieting

Think about how you will feel if you cut it down to one-third of normal. The important thing will be to be sure you are not wasting calories. Stay away from sweets and treats. They are laden with calories and have no nutritional value.

By watching what you eat, and eating things that have few calories but a lot of vitamins, you should be able to stick to a 1200 calorie diet for long enough to lose the weight you want to lose. After a few days you will not feel as hungry because your stomach will have shrunk. Remember to drink plenty of water too. This will flush your system. It will also help you to feel full and keep you from overeating.
